FIRST STREET GALLERY is pleased to present, “Flora”, an exhibition featuring work by Zeuxis artists and their guests. The paintings and watercolors on display focus on emanations from our earth, whether flowers, vegetables, or other growing things. The painters bring their own personalities to bear in this assignment.
Founded in 1995, Zeuxis has organized over 50 exhibitions of still life paintings around the country. Past shows have included as the invited guests such noted painters as Wayne Thiebaud, William Bailey, and Nell Blaine. Zeuxis exhibitions have received favorable attention in The New York Times, The New York Observer, The New York Sun, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and many other publications.
